GENERAL SITE HELP

HOW DO I CHAT WITH A MODEL?
First, make sure you have logged onto the site with your username and password.
Next, choose from one of our models that is online and not currently in a private show.  You can view our selection of models on the home page. You will know if the model is in a private show if the banner below her picture says “private”.  If she’s available and ready to chat, it will say “online”.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FREE CHAT AND PRIVATE 1 ON 1 CHAT?
In free chat, multiple users are allowed to chat with the model via her chat room.  The model cannot be nude in free chat.  If you’d like to talk to the model exclusively and/or see the model nude, you will need to enter a private chat by clicking on the “private” button in her chat room. 

BILLING QUESTIONS

We know privacy is important to our customers. Your credit card will be discreetly billed as "SCL PURCHASE“.

HOW DOES PURCHASING CREDITS WORK? WILL I BE REBILLED?
Sinister Cams provides members with pre-paid credits to use on a per-minute basis with one or more of our models.  All services/credits you purchase are one-time only and are non-recurring.  Your card will never automatically be rebilled.  Please see Terms and Conditions for more information.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can stop using the site at anytime.  However, Sinister Cams Live is not a subscription site, so there is nothing to cancel. You are only billed if you decide to add more credits, and charges are non-recurrent.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

RECOMMENDED BROWSERS
Our site should work on all browsers, but we recommend you use Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.  Please make sure your cookies are enabled and your javascript settings are on and enabled.  You will not be able to see the chat interface if your settings are not correct.

FIREWALLS
Firewalls are very helpful with web browsing, but sometimes interfere with our site. If you are behind a firewall, contact your network administrator to see if you can have direct access to the internet from your personal computer. If you have a personal firewall, it’s recommended to disable it while you are visiting our website, but please be sure to turn it back on as soon as you exit the site.

POP-UPS
We do not have pop-ups on our website, and it is okay to leave your pop-up blocker on while visiting our website.

PASSWORD PROBLEMS
If you forgot your username or password, please email help@sinistercamslive.com.  We will give you your username and reset your password if needed.
If you are having any other problems logging in, please e-mail us at help@sinistercamslive.com.  We will respond promptly and will resolve the issue.
